Okay, so the Int/Wisdom suffix works this way: It creates an elemental resist debuff for (I believe) 20 seconds on enemy monsters, which boosts ele user attacks.
Now, for magic users, this is good to stack on all armors since it boosts your int which directly boosts your attack. However, depending on the class, you should also do this on weapons (priest, sorc, and alchs are primary ele users that I can think of). For the people that DO craft Wisdom 2 on their weapons MAKE SURE you craft BOTH weapons as Wisdom 2, not just one. The reason for this is 1: Wisdom 2 on weapons stacks, so it doubles the effect when both activate. The second, and more important reason is that if you only have 1 wisdom 2 craft on your weapon, and you have another person in your party that has both wisdom 2 crafts, YOUR debuff will override the other person's buffs, effectively cutting the debuff in half.
This is particularly important, especially for anyone who has any desire to do raids in 60 cap and up since the elemental resist is 50% in ALL PARTS of the nest (yay pyros (saleana), chaos mages (majesty), and alchs being completely discriminated against because of this -.-)
For other magic users, depending on what you class demands you have stacked (if there is anything you need in addition to your magic damage, like Smashers (war mage) do), you should either craft: Main Hand: Magic Damage or Windswept Off Hand: Tent
