When making a physician, you have to keep in mind that they are a support class, rather than a dps class.

This is the base physician build.
The tinkerer tree can pretty much be left as is, as left over SP at the end will be dumped into star burst.
The alchemist tree can vary between people, but it is personal choice for where SP goes.
The main choice is whether to include salve slimer (slime healing) or not.
This is base + max salve slimer

The remaining SP to be allocated in the alchemist tree can be placed in either,
10 toxic spill (however it can’t be teched to 11, as the tech slot is taken by good vibrations)

Or 15 toxic twirl and 6 toxic spill (however, toxic twirl tech will be fighting against love virus tech).

This is the recommended type of gear a physician should be using. The vit roll of the tech necklace can be switched to an int roll. Teched skills on rings can be switched; however ground zero necklace and good vibrations earrings are a must.
