Engineer is one of the female classes I don't have >< so I can't be much help. In the tinkerer section, I would recommend to get yum-a-tron as it's a free skill (0 SP) and it can be helpful by making some recovery and buff foods. Sorry I can't really comment on the engineer section.

Unfortunately, tink usually ends up being pretty tight on sp. I play a shooting star, so I know a little bit about engi's. I would probably recommend a build more like: dnarmory.com/skill-calc?i=5-46-48-60#h2JDPjrj._c9isjcy4_T . I only recommend bubble trouble is a good skill to have sometimes. If you don't want that, then you can put it back into mp regen, but once you get your char geared enough, you more than likely won't need it passed lvl 1, or swap it out for force bump (again, a situation-ally useful skill). For the engi build, you should have 2 of the quackum towers at +6 and most people recommend cannon over turrets, but it can be a preference thing if you want. So I dropped each of you ducks (except your Kami-Quackum) down to +6 since that's where it gets the huge dmg boost, as well as Make it Rain down to +6 so that you have more skills in your tree at +6 with the large dmg boost so that you can keep your flow of dps going.

Ty for the tips! but I still have a question.. since I am going pure PVE build is Quack Patrol (duck siren) worth upgrading and if not, which skill should I put my skill points into?
