So, the gear I'm using is not FD based like I use for Irene, although that is subject to change if I decide to get GDN gear later. (would probably have 4/3 GDN/corrupt)
So for those of us who are too poor to buy GDN gear and just want to have a Kali prepped and ready to tackle the GDN nest for that gear, here is what you can do:
First, +8 all your armor and +10 your weapons. That really helps, trust me ^^ Teams will take you more seriously if you actually are equipped in decent enhanced gear and this advice goes out to not just Kali classes, but to all classes. But in addition to that, suffixing and sparking is also important.
So first, just decide what kind of gear you want to use, whether its focused on helping build FD or just trying to increase your dmg output. For my Kali, I went for dmg, just because FD will take a while to build and it requires time farming apoc accessories and getting victor weapons from pvp medals, which was something I didn't have the time to do, nor did I feel it necessary to do so.
So some of the various combinations of gear you can use: 5/2 Totem/Corrupt (this boosts your dmg instead of FD), 5/2 Corrupt/Victor, 4/3 Totem/Corrupt (both of these are FD focused although the latter has slightly less FD. The first one also boosts your crit), or 3/2/2 Corrupt/Totem/Victor (Max FD set boost + HP/MP boost from the Totem Set).
Once you've decided which combination to go with, you are just left with sparking, suffixing and accessories. For suffixing an Screamer class this is what you should do:
Now, for accessories, it depends on what you are going for. If you want to have FD, get 2 Revelation Apoc rings and then either Judgment Apoc or Punishment Apoc Earrings and Neck (make sure its the set for the FD bonus). Otherwise, just get a Wise Magenta Necklace, Wise Magenta Earrings, and 2 Mystical Magenta Rings.
For sparks, on all body pieces and your necklace/earrings, get yourself HP, Vit, and Int. For your weapons and rings, what you want to go for is either M-dmg, Int, and Agi, or Int, Agi, and Dark Attack (the second only recommended for your off hand weapon and 1 ring).
Other than that for crests, get yourself a wise, mystical, health, life-giving, fierce, windswept, sturdy, and adorned plate. If you want another FD boost, you can swap out the adorned plate with an ultimate plate. Try to get these plates in 50 epic if you can, but 40 epic or 50 rare (40 epic is marginally better imo) will work too.
Honestly, still haven't figured out which skills I would use enhancement crests on, so I'll update later on that when I get the chance.

Once you've decided which combination to go with, you are just left with sparking, suffixing and accessories. For suffixing an Screamer class this is what you should do:
- Head: Wisdom II
- Body: Wisdom II
- Legs: Wisdom II
- Arms: Will III
- Shoes: Wisdom II
- Main Weapon: Wisdom III
- Off Hand: Wisdom III/Tent III (depending on whether you want to boost your dmg or increase the likelihood of dropping enemies mdef. Both are useful for inflicting dmg, so it's really a choice of what you prefer. Now I'm saying that you should suffix III the arms and weapons to boost the additional effects of each piece. I know it's a pain in the butt and requires patience, but it can be worth it for the increased likelihood of each effect activating on those particular pieces. If going for GDN gear, just get your pieces suffix 2. You'll be replacing them soon enough anyway.
